Here’s another chocolate from Japanese brand Mary’s featured a few days ago –
Pistachio and Frambroise Sweet – It was actually dark chocolate which wasn’t too bad and the freeze dried raspberries were nicely tart, but the pistachios were odd. I’m really not of pistachios in things. Don’t get me wrong, I love the nut and I usually won’t stop eating them, but when they’re de-shelled and in things, it just doesn’t taste right. They even look funny, with their little green shriveled mass partially covered in a beige tough skin. So that in chocolate?! Yeh, I don’t think so.
